These terms explain how purchases and use of digital ebooks from www.ebookbasket.com work. Read them together with the product description, Refund Policy, Digital Delivery information and existing Privacy Policy.
Our digital bookstore
www.ebookbasket.com offers digital ebooks supplied as PDF files. Unless a product description expressly says otherwise, a purchase does not include a printed book, a physical shipment, a subscription or an interactive fillable form.
Read the individual product description for its subject, included files and features. Sample pages, where provided, illustrate the corresponding book. Different devices and PDF readers may display fixed pages differently.
Orders and payment
Review the selected title, quantity and order total before confirming a purchase. The price and applicable charges displayed at checkout apply to your order. Payment must be successfully processed before paid digital delivery can be completed.
Provide an email address you can access and accurate information needed to process the order. If an order or file is incorrect, contact us so it can be investigated. If we cannot supply a paid item, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where the item cannot be delivered.
Your personal-use license
A purchase gives you permission to download and retain the supplied ebook for your own personal reading and reference. You may keep personal copies on devices you use and print the book or its worksheets for your own use. Buying a copy does not transfer ownership of the book's copyright.
You may apply ideas and skills learned from a book in your own activities or work. This permission does not allow you to redistribute the ebook or copy its text, illustrations or worksheets into a product, course or publication for others.
Do not resell, publicly upload, distribute or share the purchased file or personal download link. Contact us before reproducing or distributing content for a class, workplace, group or wider audience. Any additional permission must be expressly agreed. This does not restrict uses that applicable law permits without permission.
Digital delivery and access
Download information is provided through the digital order email. Save your PDF somewhere you can find it and keep your download link private. You need a compatible PDF reader to open the file.

For purchases made under the current Refund Policy, the voluntary 30-day change-of-mind satisfaction offer is store credit for future purchases, not a cash refund. The Refund Policy separately explains support and monetary refunds for undelivered, incorrect, unreadable or accidentally duplicated purchases.
An earlier purchase keeps the terms and promises presented when that order was placed, including any earlier money-back offer. Nothing in these terms limits a monetary refund or another remedy owed under applicable consumer law. Store credit is not a substitute for those rights without your agreement.
Privacy and contact
The existing Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. These terms do not replace it. Use the Contact form for order questions, requests about using content or concerns about the store. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details in a message.
Changes to these terms
The terms presented when you purchase apply to that purchase. Later changes apply to future purchases and do not remove an earlier promise or rights provided by applicable law. In particular, a later change from a money-back offer to store credit does not convert an earlier eligible monetary refund into store credit.
