What can we help you find or fix?
Ask about a title, a download or an order. Tell us enough to understand the question, without sharing sensitive information.
For an order or download
Include your order number and the ebook title. Describe what you expected, what happened and any error message you saw. Use an email address where you can receive a reply.
For a question before buying
Tell us the title or subject you are considering and what you want to know. If your question concerns included worksheets, reading format or available previews, mention that so we can focus on the right detail.
Keep private information private
Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, private download links in public messages or copies of identity documents. Share only what is needed to explain the request.
