I cannot find the download email

Check the email address used at checkout. Look in spam, junk and promotional folders, and search for the store or ebook title. An order confirmation may be separate from the email containing your digital download information. If the download message is still missing, contact us with your order number.

The download link does not work

Return to the original digital download email and follow its instructions. If you see an error, tell us what it says and which ebook it concerns. Do not post your personal download link publicly or send account passwords.

The file will not open

Check that the file has finished downloading and open it with an up-to-date PDF reader. If your reader reports an error, include the wording in your support request, along with your device type and the app you are using. Do not send unrelated personal files.

The pages look small on my phone

PDFs preserve a fixed page layout. Use your reader’s zoom controls or try a larger screen for detailed text, illustrations or worksheets. Reader controls vary by device and application.

I expected an interactive worksheet

The Home Organization workbooks contain printable pages for handwriting. They are not interactive PDF forms. Check the individual listing for the features included with another title. Contact us if the file you received does not match the product description.

I need another kind of help

Use the contact form and describe the issue. Include the order number, ebook title and the step where you need help. If a screenshot is useful, remove private information before sharing it.
